Using the Afterhours Support line means our Registered Customers only have to remember one phone number regardless of what assistance they require from Alcolizer. It also means that wherever they are in Australia, there will be a Alcolizer employee to help them out on the end of the phone.Customers who do only Random testing with Alcolizer may also get this service included as part of their package. If they wish to have support for their Post Incident and For Cause testing then they will need to be using our Consumables and also have been trained for Certified Specimen Collection with Alcolizer.
